5. A reclamation business storing used tires shall, within 30 days, notify in writing the Minister of any change to the information or documents provided for the fire prevention and emergency measures plan, and to the guarantee required under section 13.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, changes to the plan related to the number of tires may only be forwarded once a year.
